What we build

We start from how the work is actually built, model it first, and only then write code. That is why the structure is right from the start — not after months of rewriting the spec.

Method
They aren’t values on a wall. Each one is a piece of product behavior you can check.
The data model has to match reality on day one. Margin by leg can’t be bolted onto a deal that doesn’t know legs exist.
A shipment deal is a chain of legs, each with its own contractor, purchase rate and sale rate.
When data is missing, the interface says so. A dash is more honest than a plausible percentage.

Nothing is written to your records without an explicit yes. When the timer runs out, the change is declined, not applied.
Every write shows a before-and-after, runs a 30-second timer and waits for one answer at a time.
